Very aesthetic complex cluster of gemmy, light golden Calcite crystals perched on a thin matrix. Great luster and texture from some light natural etching. In fine condition. The cluster measures 8.5x6.5x2cm.

The first recorded find of Dioptase was in the Altyn-Tyube dioptase deposit and initially thought might be an Emerald deposit, but found on analysis to be a new mineral species. This is a very good example of Dioptase from the location.
