Upon receipt of your order request, we will reserve the mineral specimen(s) for you if not already subject to a prior sale and will inform you of it's availability via e-mail.
Your total cost will be the mineral specimen purchase price listed in this site plus cost of shipping and any insurance via US Postal Service. We will also add sales tax to your Invoice for New York State resident purchases, if applicable.
We ship orders approximately every two weeks. If you need an order shipped faster, please send a request and we will try to accomodate.

Upon receipt of your Invoice, we expect payment in US dollars (See link to
a currency converter below) via PayPal (preferred), check or money order within seven (7) business days. Personal checks will need to clear in our bank prior to sending your shipment.

Some fine mineral specimens require protection from high humidity or temperatures or exposure to sunlight. There is no specific data on Health dangers or toxicity of many minerals, however, you should always treat mineral specimens as potentially toxic/dangerous and use sensible precautions when handling them.They should also be kept out of the reach of children and pets as some mineral specimens may have sharp or jagged edges and/or may be toxic or poisonous if ingested.
