If, when you unwrap the purchased mineral specimen, you observe any damage, or upon close look, are not satisfied with it in any way - you may return it within two weeks (14) days of shipment to you for a full refund of your purchase price AND we will also refund your return shipping cost (excluding cost of any insurance).*
